Product Process​

NOMEX 410 Paper Wrapping: Automated machines wrap NOMEX 410 paper around the aluminum conductor with precise tension, ensuring uniform coverage and overlap.​

Heat Treatment: Wrapped wire undergoes a mild heat treatment (120-150°C) to set the paper and improve adhesion.​
